Postharvest Technology Short Courses and Workshops

-2010-

  • Fruit Ripening & Ethylene Management Workshop - 16th Annual will be held in February 25-26, 2010 at the Kearney Agricultural Center. For information on the 2009 workshop content and instructors, please see the 2009 workshop brochure. Additional information and details will be posted by mid-October 2009.

  • Fresh Produce Marketing Strategies Short Course - 2nd Annual will be held May 5-7, 2010 (new dates), with the location to be announced shortly. For an overview of information about the course and instructors, please see the 2009 brochure.

  • Postharvest Technology Short Course - 32nd Annual will be held
    June 14-25, 2010 in the Ballroom at the ARC (Activities and Recreation Center) on the UC Davis campus + 1 week (optional) Field Tour of California. For additional information click on the link above, or see the 2009 course brochure. Registration for the 2010 course is expected to open in December 2009.

  • Fresh-Cut Products - Maintaining Quality and Safety -15th Annual. Scheduled for September 14-15, 2010, and will be held on the UC Davis campus. For additional information, see the 2009 course brochure.

  • San Joaquin Valley Winter Postharvest Technology Short Course. 1st Annual. Tentatively scheduled for February 22-26, 2011. More information will be posted soon.
