Fruit Ripening & Retail Management Workshop 18th Annual. This workshop will be held March 27-28, 2012 on the UC Davis campus. Enroll online.

UCGAPs Practical Skill-Building for On-Farm Risk Assessments Workshop. This new workshop will be held on April 2-3, 2012, and offered again on November 5-6, 2012. The second half-day of each session is an optional "build your own food safety manual" opportunity. These workshops will be held on the UC Davis campus. Enroll online.
