Fruit Ripening & Retail Handling Workshop 18th Annual. This workshop was held March 27-28, 2012 on the UC Davis campus.

UCGAPs Practical Skill-Building for On-Farm Risk Assessments Workshop. The first session of this new workshop was held on April 2-3, 2012, and will be offered again on November 5-6, 2012. The second half-day of each session is an optional "build your own food safety manual" opportunity. These workshops will be held on the UC Davis campus. Enroll online.

Postharvest Technology Short Course 34th Annual. This course will be held June 18-22, 2012 with an optional Field Tour June 25-29. The first week of lectures and labs will be held on the UC Davis campus. Enroll online.
