March 14-15, 2013. Emerging Postharvest Technologies Workshop, 1st Annual. This compact and interactive workshop will be held on the UC Davis campus.
March 18-19, 2013. Fruit Ripening & Retail Handling Workshop 19th Annual. This workshop will be held in on the UC Davis campus.
June 17-21, 2013. Postharvest Technology Short Course 35th Annual. This course will be held on the UC Davis campus, and includes lectures and labs.
June 24-28, 2013. Postharvest Technology Short Course Field Tour. This optional field tour (may only be taken by participants who have attended the 1st week short course) will visit many aspects of postharvest operations between Sacramento, to Bakersfield, to Salinas, to the San Francisco Bay Area.
September 24-26, 2013. Fresh-Cut Products: Maintaining Quality and Safety Workshop 18th Annual. This workshop provides a substantive overview of the fresh-cut category, and will be held on the UC Davis campus.
November 5-7, 2013. Produce Safety: A Science based Framework Workshop. 1st annual. This interactive workshop will improve awareness and appreciation of the tools used for effective hazard analysis and quantitative risk assessment, and will be held on the UC Davis campus.

March 25-26, 2014. Fruit Ripening & Retail Handling Workshop 20th Annual. This workshop will be held on the UC Davis campus.
June 16-27, 2014. Postharvest Technology Short Course 36th Annual. This course will be held June 16-20, 2014 with an optional Field Tour June 23-27. The first week of lectures and labs will be held on the UC Davis campus.
September 23-25, 2014. Fresh-Cut Products: Maintaining Quality and Safety Workshop 19th Annual. This workshop will be held on the UC Davis campus.
November 4-6, 2014. Produce Safety: A Science-based Framework Workshop. 2nd Annual. Held on the UC Davis campus.
