2-Week Online Enrollment Form: Postharvest Technology Short Course
The 2-week Session of the Postharvest Technology Short Course includes a one-week intensive study of technological procedures used for handling fruits, nuts, vegetables, & ornamentals in California. It is designed for research & extension workers, quality control personnel and other professionals interested in current advances in postharvest technology of horticultural crops. During the second week, the participants visit a wide range of California postharvest operations.
The one week Postharvest Technology of Horticultural Crops Short Course Plus Tour (Lecture + Tour) is limited to 30 participants. Enrollment will be handled on a first-paid, first-enrolled basis.
Special Note for International Enrollees: Credit Card companies may impose a daily transaction limit of US$1000 or US$2000; and this enrollment may exceed your daily limit. Please check with your bank to see if this is the case if you are not able to successfully process your transaction. Flights departing from the Sacramento International Airport should leave no earlier than 7pm Friday June 24.
Flights out of San Francisco or Oakland airports should depart no sooner than 9pm on Friday, unless participants choose to leave the tour mid-day on Friday from Bay Area Field Tour stops and make their own arrangements to travel to one of these Bay Area airports.
