Research Topics: Dr Cliff’s research interests include: 1) developing new sensory methodologies to collect, analyze and interpret the human response, 2) documenting food quality and consumer preference for new food products and processes, 3) characterizing the perceived sensory attributes of new food products in order to enhance shelf-life, convenience and quality and 4) evaluating the interrelationship between sensory and instrumental/analytical methods.
