Bio	My main research interest is in the area of postharvest engineering and instrumentation for biological materials including: grading, packaging, handling, storage, and transportation of agricultural commodities. I am also interested in nondestructive and noncontact measurement of quality and composition of biological materials, robotics, automatic control and vision systems.
