Mary started working for the Postharvest Center in October 2001 and became Office Manager in 2005. Mary manages all aspects of the Center and provides quality customer service as she responds to center inquiries. She also maintains the website, writes and distributes our monthly e-newsletter and produces Postharvest Center publications.

Pam joined the Postharvest team in September 2008, and has had a big impact on the outreach materials the center creates. She has an excellent writing style and editorial ability, as well as a nice artist's creativity with graphic design. She has many creative marketing ideas. She also oversees our publications ordering and shipping activities.

Penny worked for the Postharvest Technology Center from April 2005 - September 2008 as a Program Representative. After a year's hiaitus while she supported several other campus units, she rejoined us in January 2010. Penny has a strong background in event management, and possesses an exceptionally friendly and outgoing demeanor. Penny is currently responsible for our event planning and is our workshop enrollment coordinator.

Joining us part-time in July 2010, in addition to her many other duties for other campus centers, we have been grateful for Janet's web and graphic design expertise. The driving force behind our 2011 website revision, Janet's effective management of the project allowed us to meet our June 2011 deadline. Stay tuned for many more additions to our web site in the months to come.
